Biography

Drew Dunn is an associate attorney at Serling Rooks Hunter McKoy Worob & Averill LLP. His practice focuses on the music and entertainment industries, as well as related copyright, trademark and corporate matters. He negotiates and drafts agreements relating to, and advises clients on, various recording and music publishing transactions, producer, mixer and guest artist agreements, merchandising and IP licensing, sponsorship, endorsement and touring issues, corporate formation and sales and acquisition transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Drew was an associate at a prestigious boutique entertainment firm in New York City where he focused primarily on music, entertainment, fashion and visual arts transactional and litigation matters. Drew has in-depth experience advising on the business and legal issues faced by artists, creators and institutions in the entertainment industry.
